Please email us at goodgriefdear@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
It's time to re-gift, recycle, and reuse...as part of our financial and environmental sustainability strategy, we have opened a charitable eBay account to raise funds, by offering to sell good quality and clean items through donations or on your behalf.
You can choose to donate to us, or we can sell your items on your behalf, plus you could also sell to us for a negotiable one off price. There are some items we are not able to accept which may be for child safety or hygiene reasons, please get in touch to donate or find out more.
We will also give away children's items for free that have been donated to us.
We also like to provide a free to help yourself table (thankfully the table hasn't been taken yet) at our community events. This has been a selection of sealed items from the back of the store cupboard, homemade preserves donated locally, and plants from the villagers of Harby. The items may be out of date (best before) but could still be used, this usually goes down well and adds a further interest to the events - Please let us know if you have any sealed items for donation or anything else you would like us to give away to the community.
By re-gifting and recycling, we are reducing items going into landfill by their reuse, we are reducing waste by reselling and recycling, or we are more than happy to support people in need of clothing or offer your household items for free.
We will sell your items on eBay for a return of 50% of the sold price after listing fees. We will photograph, detail and list your item for a time limited period, and once sold, we will package and post to the buyer for you.
The remaining 50% will stay within the organisation, foremost building a pot of money and offering a bi-yearly fund for financial assistance to people experiencing the challenges of bereavement. Secondly, a portion will be allocated to provide a 6 week facilitated and supportive bereavement journey. The course will be offered for free, in a confidential and safe space, from the locality to NG13. This is open to anybody struggling with bereavement, from any area. Free refreshments and lots of love will also be provided.
